Our Company was established in 1990. Since that year, We were grown to be a shipyard that one of the largest Dry Docks in Indonesia, with the capacity up to 100,000 DWT.
We also operate subsidiary businesses like shipping and ship building. With a vision to be become a National Legacy in Ship owner and Shipyard Business.

PT. Waruna Shipyard Indonesia is established.
First Operation
First operation with graving dock capacity of 6000 DWT.

We epanded our capacity by building 20.000 DWT graving Dock (Dock IV).
